1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached. It must also be in the same condition that you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned:

Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons.

Items on final sale or marked as non-returnable.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@superiorstore.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning an item are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
